When you join our waitlist, we collect:

• Your email address (required).
• Your first name (optional).
• Your mobile phone number (optional).
• Whether you agreed to receive text messages, and when you agreed.

Like most websites, we also automatically receive basic technical information when you visit, such as your browser type, device, pages viewed, and IP address. We use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, to measure visits and waitlist signups so we can understand how people find us and improve our advertising. Meta may use cookies or similar technologies to collect this information.

When you join the waitlist, we'll email you a welcome message and updates about the Ranch Haus launch, including when the first drop is available. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying “unsubscribe” or by emailing us at [email protected].

Text messages are entirely optional. You do not need to agree to receive texts to join the waitlist, and consent is not a condition of any purchase. Giving us your phone number alone does not sign you up for texts.

We only text you if you check the separate SMS consent box when you sign up. If you do, Ranch Haus Co. may send you recurring automated marketing text messages, such as product launch announcements, first-drop availability, and promotional offers, starting with a welcome message. Our SMS Terms describe the program in full.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not sell your email address or other personal information.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and send messages on our behalf, such as our website host, database provider, email delivery provider, and text message provider, and only as needed for them to provide those services. We use Meta's advertising tools as described above. We may also disclose information if required by law.

All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Your mobile number is never shared with Meta or used for advertising.

We keep your waitlist information for as long as you remain on the list or as needed to operate Ranch Haus. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to remove you from the waitlist, by emailing [email protected].

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above. Significant changes will be communicated by email.
